My name is Ceci and I am STARR FACES by Ceci. I was the tomboy type of chic. I didn’t wear makeup at all. The most you’d get from me was 747M lashes (from the local beauty supply), lip gloss, my hair done, and brows shaped. All this changed about 6 1/2 years ago when I decided to get my makeup done. I discovered a brand new woman! My makeup artist at that time was the CEO of the makeup line that I use, Kena Williams with Mocca Makeup and Skincare. She encouraged me to become part of her consulting team and taught me the ropes. Six years later I have evolved into the Woman you see! My work has been published in B.A.B.E. Magazine and has opened opportunities for me to model. To say I’m blessed and excited beyond belief is an understatement. So, if your makeup is not becoming of you, you should be coming to see me…Ceci!

When I say magical hands, that’s an understatement. I don’t entrust too many people to do my makeup because I generally go for the natural makeup look that I do on a daily. But when I want to be fancy I can always count on CeCi to add the sass I need. She is professional, detailed and does amazing work. I would recommend her 10 times over.

I had a desire to come out of my skin and be free and didn't know how to express myself and after speaking with my good friend, Ceci, she gave me the courage to do a boudoir photoshoot. I asked her to do my makeup but expressed I just wanted a natural look, nothing dramatic, I'm such a newborn when it comes to makeup. After she transformed my look for my picture, I knew I wanted to incorporate makeup into my life. I even participated in three makeup sessions that included her teaching the basics of applying makeup. I made my first makeup purchase with her. Because of her friendship and influence in makeup, I'm interested in enhancing my beauty more often. She is truly a wonderful Make Up Artist!
